Zora Dora’s Micro Batch Ice Cream was created by Steven Astorino.  A culinary school grad with over 20 years in the industry, most of them with major hotels in N.Y.C. and Miami.  Steven was also a participant in the 1999 pastry chef awards in N.Y.C.  Steven created a frozen dessert company catering to Chefs looking to serve uniquely flavored Ice Cream and Sorbets.  For Chefs who value freshness and want to serve a signature quality ice cream, we are here for you!  Chefs supporting Chefs!

Produced in small batches, we are able to control the quality and freshness of all our frozen desserts.   Zora Dora’s Micro Batch supports local Hudson Valley farmers.  We use the freshest dairy, fruit, and vegetable products when in season.
